I agree, we need the bugs fixed in the current version if this is the only option. I did read the product description, which is why I brought up the fact that 1.0.2 is o-l-d and we were expecting bug fixes instead of "Note: SwordfishExpress 1 is no longer under active development." as their site (unfortunately) states. And there doesn't appear to be any way to download the new version without signing up for $20/month first. The whole situation is just sad, because SwordfishExpress 1 is (was) so cool.

We are not aware of any serious bugs in SwordfishExpress 1.0. If you know of any, please email them to help@buyolympia.com. While not under active development, if it simply doesn't work, we will do our best to fix it.

Yes, we are aware of that bug and we don't consider it a major problem that requires an update at this time. If you really need to preview the label before printing it, you can always hit preview in the print dialog box. Or just resize that window.

That's nice. Remind me to pay you $240 every year for the privilege (postage is extra) of using your buggy software, when you won't even perform a "minor fix" for a major OS X release installed on every current Mac.

Ok, seriously, have you guys ever thought about PR or customer research at all?
