I love SubEthaEdit and use it all the time at home. It is light, quick, and for the price, has a great set of features. I supports XML-based language syntax modes and there's a nice libraty of languages already. The $35 dollar commercial fee is very reasonable as well. At work I use BBEdit and Dreamwaver because they are provided and I like them too, but this is a superb product and value.
