Yes it does!

I (the developer) found it earlier today, and I have implemented the feature in DRDial now. Unfortunately, my PowerBook modem seems to not work (I never tried it before), so I haven't had a chance to try either.

As soon as I get a chance to test it, I'll release an updated version (it would probably be called 1.1.0).
