It would sure be nice if this would work with existing Safari bookmarks instead of having to type the *entire* URL into a separate window. Other than that, it certainly conceals your true IP. Realistically though, why does anyone need to conceal their IP unless downloading illegal music, warez or porn!

Some people go to websites that follow your every move so they can do marketing research, and then they flood you with pop-up ads. Also, so people are just paranoid and feel safer when they can't be detected. This script was not made for breaking the rules, as the disclaimer states. Please also visit James Marshall's disclaimer at 'http://www.jmarshall.com/tools/cgiproxy/#legal'. I'm hoping that in a later version (v1.5 perhaps?) you'll just have a little icon in the menubar that lets you turn AnoniSurf on/off. Then when you're surfing, it'll automatically add all the encryption to you browser session. It'll make browsing much more convenient, and will eliminate the need for the additional URL bar that the script inserts into every website. Thanks for all your feedback!Reply to This
