have you ever registered your final draft? that might be it. if you have registered it, then chalk this up to the incredible, monumental fubar that seems to be final draft 7.

i guess we should all just quit complaining and pay up our $2.50 a minute to call final draft and have them solve our beta testing problems.

have any of you tried your bold, italics and underline function buttons or keycuts, btw? mine don't work on two machines.

Thanks to those who have tried to help and asked if I've registered FinalDraft. You've been more help than the folks at FinalDraft. : )

Alas, I HAVE registered. But my customer number still doesn't work. And no word from the company...

Well, FinalDraft got back to me today (about 72 hours later). For some reason, the code now works. I don't know why, but there you have it. I'm updated and back to work.
