Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Have Not Tried

I haven't used Timbuktu in some time now (a couple years) and wonder how it compares to, say, VNC, which I can use on my Mac and Windows machines, and secure with SSH.

How does it compare nowadays? - tech-man

it's what many of us full time professional macsysadmins use on a daily basis to remotely control client servers and workstations. it's much, much more powerful and robust than apple remote desktop...and vnc can't hold a candle to either.
