Used Product For: Less than a month

Anyone else lose all of their playlists and their purchased music in the upgrade to iTunes 4.5? My computer crashed during optimization and had to be restarted. Using a 17" PB G4. More importantly, does anyone have any suggestions on how to retrieve, or step back? I'd be most grateful.
