This version still has so many bugs that I got my Raid and killed it. Trashed and emptied!
Still the contents of a folder on the desktop are not shown, which minor compared to the rest of the annoyances. i.e. trying to open a word doc and having PF start up instead of the document opening in MS Word! (INSANE), One has to right click on an installer and open with installer instead of just double clicking.
Within 5 mins of working with PF, none of the apps that were running could have their windows reach the forefront. PF kept them from reach the desktop.
Should I go on? It is still slower than the Finder. If the Finder is Carbon and PF is Cocoa, then why is PF slower than the Finder?

"If the Finder is Carbon and PF is Cocoa, then why is PF slower than the Finder?"Cocoa applications aren't necessarily faster than Carbon, in fact, I would expect them to be a little slower in general. Cocoa is an object oriented framework which has many benefits for the developer in terms of ease of use, but not necessarily speed.
