I have to agree with DerSpeck: The demo isn't really useful, it has no real browser preview and so there's no way seeing what the actual blog would look like...!

Yes, it does provide a view of what it will look like... it uses Apple's WebKit, like he says on the BlogStudio main page, and WYSIWYG in the content area, without bothering with a browser.
