SpamSiever really works! After a bit of training, my (multiple) mail accounts are spam free. Integration with Entourage is clean, effective, and easy. I no longer have to keep/modify my various spam Rules. I'm amazed. (And, I'm amazed how much this sounds like an ad... but really, this really works!)
