I've veen using this for awhile, and I have a few gripes with it. It's okay for simple cards and things, but occasionally it can be an incredibly frustrating app to work with. Take, for example, the halfassed iTunes integration.

You'd think that most people would be using it to print out labels for their mix CDs, right? You'd also think that you'd want to know which artist plays each song on a mix CD, right? Well... you're out of luck. The developers took the time to let you import your playlists from iTunes, but you can't even include the artist names if there's more than one artist on the CD. Renders it pretty useless for labeling my burnt CDs, which is a big reason for why i bought it.

Also, MacKiev's site is so useless and difficult to navigate... If I go to their site, I'm told that updaters are included with the application (I don't remember them being). I wouldn't have known that it was at 1.0.4 if someone hadn't posted the link to their updater on this review page. Of course, when I go to download it, there's not a single list of changes/fixes, and I have to supply personal information just to download it. Thanks MacKiev!

I agree about the update being darn near impossible to find. Regarding the personal info, however ... you can enter anything you want in those fields to get to the updates. It is a real PITA to have to enter this info for each download, and pointless as well. That's why Asdfsd Jdfsdf (adfhj@dfsd.mxcv) has downloaded all of the updates onto my company's file server, to avoid that hassle for all my coworkers. ;-)

Check out the newest update 1.0.6: We've enabled the feature requested here -- it's now possible for you to make "mix" albums and show both the song title and the artist taken automatically from iTunes. You can always get the latest update by selecting Technical Support from The Print Shop menu. We've also added a "Feedback" menu item so that people can send us their suggestions directly.
