I was having trouble remembering my login and password so I looked for a direct link to the download, which is http://softwareupdates.roxio.com/gm/updaters/mac/toast/titanium/v6/toast_ti_605_update.sit but once downloaded, mounted from the .dmg, and opened, you'll need to re-enter your CD-Key. So, if you maintain that type of information, you can bypass Roxio's .jhtml method of upgrading. It worked fine for me.
