This upgrade is unusable. I was able to bounce a couple of shorter tracks down but I can't seem to bounce anything over four minutes to 16-bit. It seems to work for shorter songs, but otherwise this is what happens:
If I convert after bounce: "Could not complete the 'Bounce to Disk...' command because: Assertion in 'FF_AudioProperty.cpp', line 33." If I convert during bounce Pro Tools plays the track but does not actually create a file. I've been a Pro Tools engineer since v3.0, so I doubt I'm doing anything wrong here. I've duplicated these errors six times each now. I haven't tried to bounce to 24-bit and convert to 16-bit later, but I shouldn't have to.
IMO it's not worth the upgrade until this is fixed.
