I love this program, easier than the old terminal way of doing the same thing and more effective. As far at I don't care if it's your roommate, brother, sister, whatever, it's still stealing., that's bullsh*t. There are plenty of legal uses for this, as well as for many p2p but this won't be stopped because you are not getting music from total strangers. If it's your family member, you could just borrow the CD if you wanted to do it that way. Some people would prefer this as its much faster than ripping a CD numerous times. Besides, the only places this really would be abused is on college campuses but the colleges probably support it as it won't attract much attention from the RIAA because there is no way for them to monitor it unless they were on the LAN themselves.
