The GEDitCOM website claims the following feature:

Reading and writing files using ASCII characters (with Mac OS Roman extensions), ANSEL characters, Unicode characters, UTF-8 characters, MS-DOS characters, and MS-Windows characters.

But I can not enter any names with Unicode characters into GEDitCOM no matter what I try. Take for example ş (lowercase s with cedilla). So I think either the feature description is misleading or the claims are false. Until I am proven wrong (which I hope I will) 2 stars!
