It destroys user settings for v 3.0. So once you try this out you are stuck with it. This is a trend that is constantly displayed among new versions of Proteus. The developer should take a clue from OmniGroup and use separate preferences for separate versions.
The new list view is horrendous and I desperately searched for a way to configure the app to revert to it's old user list view which was 200 percent more efficient in terms of vertical space used.
My contact list is missing some 150 users. No way around that, no way to know who i lost.
It destroys old groups and lumps users into seemingly random categories. Attempts to reorganize the damage done to my groups is slow and arduous.
Text input happens at a snail's pace.
Yeah it's beta software but FFS it is the worst beta software I've ever used.
