Why? They...

1. Make a great product.
2. Render product useless with firmware patch.
3. Don't look into the problem for months.
4. Ignore numerous, constant emails and calls from customers concerning the problem.
5. Piss me off.

This company is a nice, red, juicy apple from the outside, but worm-infested and rotten at the core.

I ask you this: Can I launch a lawsuit against these people?
