Product Platform: MacOS,MacOSX

Used Product For: 1-6 months

Recommend Product: NO

After spending considerable time trying to use the "Create a file for QuickBooks Windows" feature, I ended up buying an annual support package. I then spent multiple calls and hours with support who were unable to solve the problem. They used a variety of excuses and suppositions but had no answers. Very frustrating - especially with our Accountant being on the Windows platform.

Additionally, you can no longer use the QuickBooks online billing service. Yes, you can created PDF invoices on OS X (which you can do from any program on OS X) but there is no longer tracking or reminder features. And good luck cancelling that service if you used to have it on Windows - it's impossible to end it due to the website not working and support staff not returning messages.
