I think this is due to the fact that some of us already have a menu-enabler hack installed. WinSwitch should check for this. Does it?

The installer shouldn't in theory get tripped up by any pre-existing installs. If it's reporting this error then that means that the OS returned an error code when the installer tried putting WinSwitch in the menu. This is a bit strange, given that it evidently succeeded, so I wonder why the OS is returning an error code. I will be interested to see if any other users see the same message.
