This is quite nice... but has loads of bugs. I've written to the author and haven't received a reply so far, 3 weeks and counting. Notably the program seems to crunch data over and over again without submitting the results to the SETI server.

No idea, it works absolutely fine here. I run two processes on my G5 1.8 DP, and they are working at a rate of almost two WUs every three hours. The repeated work unit processing is usually due to a server problem, I had this happen to me a couple of years ago, and it turned out to be duff proxy servers at NTL. If you go to the FAQ on the SETI web site it explains how to work around this.<p>You have to remember that the actual operation of the process is still CLI, SETIMenu is only putting a nice GUI front end to it.
