Used Product For: Less than a month

I had ipoker 3.0.7 on my mac before I had to erase my hard drive. After installing Panther, I downloaded ipoker 3.0.8 (the full version) but I keep getting "Error -2004" message when I try to open it. Tried deleting and reinstalling ipoker but it didn't help.

PS...What does "Haven" mean in the "Used Product For:" dropdown box?
