Well, they still haven't fixed the stroke problem. Try this: darw a box with a fat stroke and no fill. Now, click on the Swap Fill and Stroke icon at the bottom of the tool bar. Surprise! The outside dimension of the box is now smaller by half the width of the stroke. This is not how version 2 behaved. It happens no matter if the stroke is aligned to the inside, outside, or center of the line. THIS IS A MAJOR BUG, in my opinion. It has not been fixed in 3.0.1.
