transitions missing

Used Product For: Over One Year
I ran "repair privliges" and that stopped the "generic icon won't launch" problem, but now my transitions are missing (in slide show). Folks have reported this problem on other boards. Nobody seems to know fix. Anybody out there know?? Thanks
