Citrus doesn't respond to eMails promptly, if at all, to help with problems. First, I actually paid to register this product and had to send repeated requests, after I paid, to even get the registration code. I'm not sure the registration code even does anything, because I still get the reminder to register with the 10 second countdown everytime I launch the app. No response to emails about this, either. Now, I have the disappearing folder problem, too. I can still hide and unhide the designated folder (though I typically have to launch the application twice for this to work), but almost a megabyte of data is invisible within this folder, whether it is hidden or not.
