Charging your neighbors for accessing your net connect is certainly one's perogative, but is it necessary? It's bad enough that the corporate ISP's try to tell us what we can do with our bandwidth once it's in our homes; does it really benefit us to adopt the mentality of greed & ownership that drives them & so much of our society. If you make a deal to split the costs of a connection with your neighbor, why on earth would you need this system?
