I love my two Xserve's and also OSX-S performance, stabillity and all - but the Mail Server part is complete crap. If you guys searching for a decent OSX Mailserver look no further and check out CommuniGate Pro (www.stalker.com). It has an excellent stability, very good performance, very easy administration via standard WebBrowser and an outstanding support and community !

Umm... postfix is built in. You just run Server Admin, click to "Mail," make sure the settings are waht you want and click "Start Service" You don't install postfix, it is already installed.
