is it just me? This version claims to be able to skin individual applications. Maybe I'm dumb, but I don't see anyway to do that. I've read through all the documentation, and the only thing I see is a way to exclude applications from being affected. I sincerely hope that's not what they meant here. Anyone know how to do this?

It does it automatically. However, it will only work for themes that have Safari, Mail, iTunes, iChat skins built in - of which there aren't many. SimpleX has one, try that theme to see.
