A feature that put the cherry on top for me is now gone.
Drag and Drop from Pixadex to CanCombineIcons.
Unless it is reimplemented, the love affair is over for me..

I use Pixadex with CanCombineIcons. Just right click on the icon in Pixadex and select *copy* from the contextual menu. Then go to a *well* in CanCombineIcons and paste. A window opens, I forget what it says...but just accept , an voila, it appears in your well. Works great!Thursday, March 25 2004 @ 11:54 AM PST

This loss of functionality was a by-product of being able to have moveable libraries as well as getting rid of the long, numeric names when dragging and dropping an icon to the desktop.The problem is not Pixadex's, but Can Combine's. That product needs to be udpated to accept the new directory path data from Pixadex. We've sent the necessary info onto the author of CCI, so we'll have to see if he has the time needed to implement the change and release an update.
The workaround for the time being is to simply drag the icon you want from Pixadex to the desktop and then once on the desktop, from there into CCI. Its not as elegant, but it should work.
