I have tried both and of the two this is the better one. Notetaker promises a lot of things that it does not deliver on too well. And simple things like linking to a folder, instead of a file in the folder are over complicated and buggy. Crashes way too often as well. Notebook has pretty much all the same functionality, maybe not as many features at first glance, but what it claims to do it does well.
