2 things. First, great stuff! Hopefully apple gets on the ball and includes this as part of it's next release as rsyncx or rsync_hfs (and not replace the standard rsync)

secondly, I have to agree with a lot of other complaints: It really REALLY shouldn't change the hard link to /usr/bin/rsync, but should in fact install as rsync_hfs only (maybe with a link to rsyncx)

Installing this pkg as it is kills all of my rsync based scripts (that use the *nix rsync and not rsyncx which is _not_ compatible with standard rsync .. results in damaged and unusable files on the other end). This results in users that require the original rsync to go back and 'fix' what the pkg modified in the first place!
