I love this app. It sits in the top right corner of all our desktops and laptops and once a user is shown what it does they love it. It is great being able to add custom plug-ins for sites that meet our particular needs. Yes Google and Yahoo searches are nice, and an eBay search or two is useful, but the real winners for us are not only the custom plug-ins, but also the Show URL and the dictionary. These two are indispensable for the type of web-savvy and impatient users I face.
