Cursor position changes?

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

Recommend Product: YES

What I find really annoying, is the cursor positioning strategy. If one moves the cursor from a long line to a short one and then back to the long line, the column position is changed.

This is short
This is the [new CursorPosition]long line[CursorShouldBeHere]

Moving the cursor down should put it to [CursorShouldBeHere], not to [new CursorPosition].

Cursor position changes? - sooloo

This is an example of this app trying to be too many things to too many people. If you were using Tex-Edit as a development editor, that would be the expected behavior. Anything else would be truly annoying.
