Existing users, 
Running on Panther 10.3.2 I ran the app. It started with an error tone (default set) and put the IP icon in the menu bar.
Clicking on the icon produced another beep. As it is a faceless app I had to go to the terminal to kill the program.
Needs work. It's not install and run.
