I use TexShop for all my LaTeX work.

As much as I like it, the GUI is horrible. The cascading menulists are horrible. Buttons (preferably customizable) would be a welcomed addition for those of us coming from point/click backgrounds.

Got that too: try the Latex panel (Apple-=) or the Matrix panel (Apple-Option-=).
