Still doesn't work

Feedback Type:  Troubleshooting Report

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Have Not Tried

I installed the new driver dated 2-12-04, iShock/iShock II/AireStick. Running Panther 10.3.2 with iShock (original). The readme file says: Do not be alarmed that you have downloaded an iShock II’s driver. iShock II’s driver can support both iShock and AirStick under Mac OS 10.2.x and Mac OS10.3.x. Upon attempting to run the iShockXManager, I get a message saying that it cannot detect any iShock II device, then suddenly quits. I know my iShock is powered up because I have a green light emitting from the controller. What gives? I still cannot use the original iShock controller.
