I've had this program in my menu bar for months now. I don't have any of the problems other people are complaining about (G4 w/ 10.2.8). The only glitch I've ever seen is sometimes when you first launch it, it doesn't respond. But it WILL launch. I saw someone else mention that. Be patient. Just fire it up and move on to something else. It will be there in a minute. I don't know, maybe it's preparing itself in the background. Still my favorite weather app. I like the temp and the conditions icon in the menu bar.
