Sorry but there is a Bug in mac os x 10.3.2. If farsi is the first place in the Systemprefernces/ International Panel the system can not Mount any driver or .dmg file. to solve that problem, activate also Arabic, put Arabic on the top of your list, put Farsi in the second place and English in the third
