Inability to manually clear transactions

The R2 software introduces a new bug that prevents manually reconciling accounts (e.g., manually clearing transactions in the register window). Intuit is aware of the problem and suggests contacting their phone support at 800-811-8766 (M-F 5am to 5pm PST), as this is an issue the support engineers are aware of, there should be no charge for the support call.
