Wow, ran Ad-Aware before install to flush out my pc. Right after install, I now have 122 new objects identified by Ad-Aware. Impressive amount of crap.
After removal of spyware, it seems to think it's still a sponsored copy. It's speeds are mediocre and search results are limited. It seems like a very old version of the original Napster.
This software has potential, but is not worth $14.95 for an ad-free version.

Spyware City -
A similar thing happened to me on the previous version. I even got 2 Trojans installed after they put all that junk bundled with the program onto my PC. Anyone who goes to their website will be presented with a lie that reads "Totally Free". Totally free? Ha!... I had to use Spybot Seach & Destroy to eliminate all the garbage this sucker installed. A similar product exists on Download.com called "JOC MP3 Finder". I just stick to searching for a song I want with Google. A good pay-per-downoad (under 99 cents/song) for anybody intrested in getting CD-quality music is MP3Search.Ru Club. They have full albums with a preview option for each song on the album. I think it's a heck of alot easier (& cheaper) to go somewhere like this or use a search engine rather than use Twister (or similar programs) & get burned...Reply to This
