Existing users, 
I downloaded 0.514 and when I opened it, all my in-progress downloads were gone. Not cool. Even more strange, the searches in the drawer that came up were from a long time ago. All of my other preferences were reset.
If you have any downloads in progress, I'd recommend finishing them before upgrading. Going back to the old version won't help either, they're already gone.

I believe this happens with each revision of Poisoned. Acqlite does the same thing, although, I think the last time when I updated, I was unable to resume my partial downloads. OK, Did not Delete all my Downloads! - robotspacer
Well I guess I spoke too soon. It had actually just reset the download locations from what I had changed them to previously. Once I realized that, I changed them back, restarted Poisoned, and everything is back how it was now.Still, potentially very frustrating.
