Incredibly poor service. My CopyPaste Serial number for CopyPaste X has never worked for over a year -- both in Jaguar and now in Panther. (No Problems with the OS 9 version in the past.) Despite having written to Scriptsofware Support as well as to the two principles, i've never heard back one word. Pathetic! Yes, I do know they have a forum. This sort of question, as well as another one concerning switching licenses for an OS-9-only application I inadvertantly purchased in error, is not the sort of question for a forum. The creators of almost all other Shareware providers I've dealt with -- the ones rated highly in VersionTracker -- usually respond in a day or so, often within hours! I suggest staying away from their products unless you are absolutely confident you'll never need help.
