i just downloaded and installed with no problems at all i am running the latest osx and its on a 700 flatscreen imac so there must be another reason people have problems with this , i did not even have to re-start which i find does help sometimes it also works fine and takes only a few seconds to work out what to do and seems to work perfect so check out your macs it does work fine i did not even have to turn off norton antivirus which sometimes creates problems , in fact it took longer to download on broadband than it took to install
