Here's an email I just sent to Ambrosia:
"As a legitimate registered owner of SnapzPro I downloaded v2 to try.
After running the installer I discovered that my previous working version was now overwritten by v2. Then, when I tried to launch v2 I got the attached message saying the software was disabled and to enter a legitimate code. Unfortunately, there is NO WAY to dismiss this error message, other than logging out and back in.
This is REALLY ANNOYING, Ambrosia.
So in other words, I have no way of trying out the new version before deciding if I want to upgrade, plus I have no way of dismissing your error message without a log out/log in?
This behavior does not leave a good taste in my mouth and discourages me from upgrading. Of course, if I want to go back to my previous version, it's now been overwritten and lost."

Why is your previous version lost? What about the backup?Reply to This
