For the dozens of Mac users whose computers I maintain this app has become indispensible for allowing me to provide quick, direct, graphical instructions on how to perform certain tasks. Rather than describing what menu bar item to choose and what radio button to click I can email a little QT movie of me ACTUALLY doing it to my customer. I echos the comments on the need for improved "out of the box" instructions for new users though.
