There are other choices than Font Reserve: Font Agent Pro 2 and Suitcase X11.
Fontbook is for casual user, not designer or other that has more than 5 fonts.
Extensis bought up Font Reserve and is either revamping it (hardly), sitting on it (to convert you to Suitcase...possibly) or integrating its better features into Suitcase Pro X12 (likely).
I would not be surprised if Extensis bought up FontAgent Pro next.
And thanks to Adobe for not supporting ATM Deluxe. Guess that goes back to the Display Postscript battle with Apple. So now we have quartz...
Oh, BTW: if you like Font Reserve...good for you. If you like Suitcase, the same. its a tool. It does something better than the other. But if it fails to meet its duty, by all means, tell everyone. But don't whine about it. instead, point out the flaws and don't pay another dime till its fixed.
Oh, it can't be as bad as Font juggler was... :P
