After Software Update tweaked my machine with the 1/26/04 Security Update, MailPrioity complained that it only worked with Mail.app for version 10.2 and was disabling itself. Additionally, disabled or not, its presence in the ~/Library/Mail/Bundles/ directory broke connection with my POP account. Removing the MailPriorityJaguar.mailbundle from that directory made all again right with the world.
Now I'll wait patiently for an updated version of MailPriority.
