iWork is an excellent time billing program for the small to midsized professional firm. As an owner of a law practice, I live and die by billable time and my cashflow is determined by my ability to issue bills for work. Billing is the least enjoyable part of what I do. The process takes days. With iWork, it takes a fraction of the time. iWork links seamlessly with both Address Book and iCal so that my job tasks can sync with my palm. I have been working with iWork since version 1.2 and have appreciated the time and effort that IGG Software has put into this product. I have always found them to be open and responsive to this customer’s needs and they are prompt in their addressing of issues and the implementing of customer ideas. The product is easy to use, and the documentation is clear and direct as to how to use the product. The interface improvements in 2.0 turn the process to a client-center view as opposed to a project centered view. By sorting by client and then by project, iWork shows me my billing the way I look at my files – by client and then by matter. Moreover, this version is far more reliable than other programs and far more useful, flexible, scalable, and stable than comparable programs that are ten times as expensive, or more. I recommend this product without reservation.
