It seems that my original review has disappeared, so this is a revised post. BTW, this is a completely unbiased review and I hope the developer can take some honest criticism instead of bashing me on their homepage.
1) During my test, the typing was a consistent obstacle to many players who knew the answer but continuously got trounced by those of us who touch-type. Also, spelling can be tricky: For instance, "Whole Lotta Love." Those who typed "Whole Lot Of Love" were frustrated and logged off. My suggestion of multiple choice was applauded by other players during the on-line chat as a fair solution. Either that or the interface needs to be more intelligent and be more fair to slower typists and typing errors. I understand why unFun would disagree but this directly affects gameplay and that's why I mentioned it.
2) During the test, "Smells Like Teen Spirit" came on and all five players input-ed the correct answer, all told we were wrong, and then told the correct answer was "Smells Like Teen Spirit." It may have been a glitch, but it happened.
3) Most of the MIDI is quite good, but there was at least one time where none of the players couldn't recognize the song. Again, that directly affects gameplay and that's why it was included in the review.
4) The songs did repeat in the third round of play. I understand that this may be because unFun hasn't had a chance to put in more songs, but that really isn't my problem. It made the game incredibly boring and allowed me to destroy anyone who logged on. In the end, on the Rock category, I was the only player left because I knew all the answers. That's unFun, pardon the pun (and the rhyme.)
5) I was disappointed that, between rounds, I had to watch an ad for unFun's other product instead of being able to use the chat feature to talk to other players. After all, since you're busy typing the answers, when to you have a chance to chat?
6) It changed my desktop color and I had to change it back. WHY? I expect a program that's supposedly out of beta to at least leave my desktop alone. These are MY preferences - butt out. I don't want to have to change my desktop back every time I play. I wonder what other prefs are screwed up?
7) On OS X, the help widow doesn't work. An empty pop-up appears. Big help.
