Perfect Pitch looks as if it ought to be very good, but I can't get it to work! I'm running OS X 10.3.1 on a G4 Cube (450 MHz). I'm trying to tune a classical guitar. With 2 different microphones and several different sensitiviy setting, it only registers after a delay, the needle sticks at that point and it won't register anything else for a long time. The note recorded is usually totally inaccurate and playing the same note on the guitar several times gives several, wildly inaccurate readings (wrong note, wrong octave). What's worse is that my e-mail to the developer has been returned with an invalid address message.

Ah, I have to take it all back. Got it working ok after a couple of restarts - don't know what was wrong. Also the developer tracked me down from my previous post and immedialtely offered helpful info. As it's "Donationware" i will definitely contribute.

Yes, I had this problem with a classical plucked string instrument too: a tanpura. I think it's confused by the harmonics/overtones. The one that worked for me was Chromatic Tuner (find in VT: Pitch). I'm sure you know what you're doing with the multiple mikes but it occurred to me that it might be confusing
