Cookie Muncher has almost solved Safari's (and IE's) shortcomings in handling cookies for me. Don't need it for OmniWeb--OW is a model for cookie handling.

Although CM could be enhanced (to remember the window size of listed cookies, and to show which browser's cookies go with which cookie value) it is well worth the registration price.
